The 2025 edition of Sochimce, the congress organized by the Chilean Society of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, was especially important for Pharmaesthetics. As well as taking part in the program of symposia and demonstrations, featuring speakers who covered the latest techniques in aesthetic procedures, the company took the opportunity to announce the first step in its international expansion.

Chile as a gateway

After four years of outstanding performance in the Brazilian market and having become the first factory to produce hyaluronic acid fillers on home soil, Pharmaesthetics has decided to expand its sales area to other countries. The expansion began precisely with the Chilean market, where the group has been making its products available through a subsidiary since March. During Sochimce, the company organized a pre-congress dinner and a final get-together at a winery. At these events, it presented its range of products to the professionals attending the scientific meeting, reinforced the quality of its portfolio and celebrated the new stage it is embarking on in the company of current and potential partners.
Peru, Colombia and Mexico are other countries in which the registration of Pharmaesthetics products is underway, with release and commercialization estimated for the next two years. But the expansion won't stop there. The European continent and the Arab countries of Jordan and Kuwait should soon become new destinations for the company's signature solutions.

Scientific dissemination with the group's signature

As part of this planning, Pharmaesthetics' participation in Sochimce became even more strategic. The group brought to the congress a team of speakers it considers to be outstanding in the field of aesthetic treatment. The idea was to give these professionals, dental surgeons Karlla Sales, Alan Macário and Renan Alvarenga, the opportunity to present their work to a qualified audience, made up of participants from a wide variety of countries, especially those from Latin America. And, at the same time, to strengthen the Pharmaesthetics brand. The total audience for the event was estimated at around 1,000 doctors, dental surgeons and other specialists working in the segment.

Dr. Alan Macário spoke about the philosophy behind the use of fillers in the treatment of facial aging and in harmonization procedures. The combination of PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) and hyaluronic acid in the same injection session, called Link Up, was discussed in a live demonstration by Dr. Renan Alvarenga. Dr. Karlla Sales gave a lecture on the five pillars of a successful full-face planing technique.
